Haul | Foot issues
If you frequently read fashionblogs or follow bloggers on instagram, you'd probably know the huge trend of ankle strap heels, especially the Zara ones are highly on demand. I have fallen for the trend as well, I love the feminine look of it with especially with baggy pants/jeans. Unfortunately.. I have some issues with my feet. My feet are of average feet but are quite wide and my big toes are of shorter length. These combined made me really conscious of my feet. So is this trend something for me?
Me being a salehunter couldn't resist the temptation when a similar ankle strap heel at Zara was on sale for 15euros! So I bought a black one.. and a nude one. Now the question is.. Will I wear them? I don't want to end up like Kim Kardashian wearing her heels with bloated feet. (You remember that picture?) I searched up some people with similar heels on and like someone with a feet fetish, zoomed in on their feet and toes. And you know what? It actually looked similar as my own! Now I only need the guts to wear them.

ootd | flowerbomb
H&M linen shirt, H&M logg flower mini skirt |
I have a gift of dressing inappropriately for the weather.. Few days ago the weather was so hot! and I wore sneakers and long jeans and when I wanted to dress a bit summery.. it got colder again! I bought a H&M skirt in sale for 10euros, I love the flowery detail on it and this rusty colored shirt from H&M in sale as well. Can't wait for other sales to begin! For those who live in The Netherlands, my friend asked a Zara saleswoman when the sale will begin since we already saw the clothingracks organized as usually in the sale and she answered friday! So if you were planning on going to Zara.. DON'T and wait for friday!

Personal & ootd | Serious talk
H&M polka/triangle dress, H&M ankle boots |
I have been busy with school these days, but I keep procrastinating my homework and keep avoiding my laptop where I'll be confronted with the amount of work.. sigh so now I'm staying up late to work o my deadline.. woohoo story of my life. Anyways, a few posts ago I asked some advice on my minor and applied for first choice Retail Design where you needed to deliver a motivation letter and a second choice Economics,Law&Justice as a plan B. Well today I got notified that I got selected for my first choice! I don't really know how I feel about it, a part of me is so excited that my motivation letter actually was good and got selected, and another part of me is kinda scared of making the wrong decision.. I hope I won't regret it. At least I'm definitely excited to have the faculty of architecture as my 'homebase' for the minor. I love the building and look forward to study there and meet lots of new people.
One last thing, for those who have had their final exams and are now graduated.. Congratulations! You have made it! Now you are at the stage where you have always dreamed of when you were little, but will be surprised at how much you will miss the earlier days.. Just kidding. I'm getting too old.

ootd | Dancing in the moonlight
This was my party outfit of last saturday night, I wore my new shear blouse and my sorta high waisted capri pants from Monki. A comofortable outfit to dance my ass off..sorta.. If the club was a bit more fun! The club was empty and the few people that were there are older aged, the music was bad as well. But I still had a good time with my friends.

ootd | Monki Business
Yesterday I went to Rotterdam and had a shopping spree with Roz. The weather was so hot outside, but we still made it through the day with some smoothies and bubble tea (for me: aloe vera tea). I wore a long boyfriend jeans with boots and a black tshirt.. But I was hella sweaty and hot, I had to buy a dress and change myself right into it.. So that was my first purchase. Afterwards we went to a few shops that weren't really interesting and then we stopped at Monki.. They had a lot of good sales. And two of them I'm wearing now.. A turqouise/blue cropped blouse and a high waisted capri pants. Each for 15euros. Definitely worth the money. I bought another highwaisted jeans and a shear blouse at Monki as well. Those ones were 15 euros too, such a steal!
Anyways I'm heading towards a party and will probably wear somethinge else.. so see you tomorrow in a next ootd post!

PERSONAL | Officially 21
A few days ago was my birthday, 31st of May, I didn't do much because I was too busy with school and didn't have time to arrange something and I usually don't really celebrate my birthdays (I know lame right) except with my parents, brothers and sister. And this year was going to be the same.. Except it really wasn't. Yesterday, I've gained a memory I'll always treasure.. I am so lucky to have such great family and friends. I thank god everyday. I cannot express my love for each and every one of them. They have organised a surprise party for my 21st birthday and I cried.. too many times xD. But it was all for my dear friends and family. I didn't even made a lot of pictures because I was enjoying every second of it too much..
Things that were very clear from the surprise party:
- Everyone thinks I buy too much
- I have awesome parents, family and friends who arranged all this
- Riding on a motorcycle is reallyyy awesome
- I suck at dancing (salsa)
- I suck at singing (karaoke) as well
- I am too spoiled with too many presents
- I am officially 21
